The part of their interviewing process started with a telephone interview. The interview started out okay. It was one of those "tell me about a time when" interviews. I distincly remember one of the questions being "Tell me about a time when you used your analytical skills to solve a problem". I feel like I gave a great answer to the question because not only had I used my analytical skills to solve a problem before, but I actually had a specific answer ready for this question-so I was not caught off guard with this one. Although I gave a long drawn out detailed answer, I was still told to explain myself again-which I did, only to be told by the interviewer that she still did not understand. It was frustrating.
