Interview
I interviewed phone screen for first round. You state a preference for which of the groups within the overall Wealth Management division you would be interested in. Then, they decide if they would like to invite you back for a final round and which groups were interested in you. Then these groups will do a final round with you and decide whether they would like to give you an offer for this role.

Interview
Had an hour and half interview interviewed by FAs they seemed really impressed then they took me over to Human Resources where I had a chat with the head Human Resource officer. I walked out thinking I had the job, so I never sent thank you e-mail thinking I got the job. Biggest mistake should have sent thank you e-mails right away.

They wanted to know my interests, which took me by surprise. The first thing they mentioned was my university affiliation and about a previous basketball game.
