I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bank of America (Miami, FL) in Jun 2011
Interview
I applied online and qualified to do the skills and personality test. A month later I got a call from the recruiter to schedule a group interview for the following week. The group interview was not as bad as I expected, and consisted of about 15 other ppl. Mt best advice for that type of interview: TALK. Raise your hand, be heard and noticed, because the last thing u want is blend in. I got ppl in that interview that didn't talk at all until the end. I passed the interview, then I had to submit the address/employment verification form, which I did and 2-3 weeks later got my satisfactory results. I was scheduled for a 1:1 interview with the branch manager the next day, and 4 days later I got a call with an offer. This whole process was about 2 months for me, and the anticipation, I have to say, was the worst part. Overall, a positive experience.

Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
