I had an interview at BofA for a banker position and received the offer. It was an in person interview. They asked me to tell them about myself and my experiences. It went smoothly and not difficult.

Tell me about your previous experience as a banker.
Initially phone interview, then at the branch. It was pretty straightforward. The bank manager asked me a couple of questions, one of them being why I am applying for that position. Then she asked me to do a role play about a credit card.

Why do you want to leaver your current job and work at Bank of America?
I did the hi revue video interview and proceeded to having a physical interview with the the branch manager. I was told that the recruiter would get back to me but nothing till now, it's been 5 months now. I called and dropped voice messages no response. I feel a response whether good or bad should be given to candidates. I did not expect this from Bank of America.
The in-person interview started 17 mins late and then ended early, seemed like they didn't want to hire me already. Don't waste time if you don't want to hire someone.
