Bank of America interview questions

First, met with Talent Acquisition for an introductory interview; then met with the Manager for the WSAs for 30 mins to 1 hr, and finally three separate interviews the team of Strategists. Mostly behavioral questions - a few technical questions.

The interview process at Bank of America was thorough and structured. Initially, I had a phone screening with a recruiter, which lasted about 30 minutes and focused on my background, experiences, and why I was interested in the position. This was followed by a panel interview with several team members where I was asked behavioral questions and technical scenarios relevant to the analyst role. The interviewers were friendly and encouraged me to ask questions about the team and company culture. Overall, the process took about three weeks from application to final interview.
