It was a campus process with mass shortlisting for the interviews. They shortlisted people more than the capacity that was required and the unlucky ones paid for that. From what I heard that initially the interviews were pretty easy but second half it got pretty tough bcz they had met their quota for hires. Interview was 2 rounds of Technical and 1 online HR round (optional). Both were resume based. There is programming asked with respect to you resume or to show a basic logic (ANY language) that's it. SQL was asked in 2nd round.
