Interview
The position was in Tokyo (Japan) office. I went there, and spent the afternoon doing interviews with 4-5 persons (with each a different nationality), answering tests about Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics.

Question 1
An interviewer pretended to be a trader, shouting "WHY IS THE NUMBER ON MY SCREEN 2 WHEN IT SHOULD BE 3!! FIX IT NOW!!", to study my reaction. That was surprising.

Interview
one phone interview and one onsite interview. The whole process takes 2 weeks. The phone interview takes 25 minutes, basically just go through resume and some basic questions. During onsite, I have 6 interviewers one-on-one for onsite, each takes 30 minutes. The routine is first personal questions based on resume, then some tech questions.

This position basically requires Python and SQL. The interview questions are fairly simple, but includes all the topics.

Interview
Initial HR Phone interview followed by Technical Phone interview and Face to face.
Technical interviews were standard web programming questions, with hiring manager, developer and senior manager. HR was very professional and did a good job with follow up and keeping me informed of status.
