I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays (London, England) in Dec 2009

On campus interview. Short-listed candidates invited to one day at assessment centre at HQ in London. One day assessment consisted of one interview on background, two interviews on skills, group case study and presentation, Q&A with senior executives, and drinks and networking. Need to understand current issues with industry, economy and the firm. People at the firm are very nice and open. The work culture is more laid back relative to other banks.
