Apply online - assesment test - Telephonic interview- 1:1 Interview

I was referred by one of my friend who is an employee. I had 3 rounds of telephonic interview. The first was very technical and finance related. The person asked me many questions from the investment banking domain. The interview lasted for 1 hour. The second round was also similar. Questions related to my current job and also questions related to the knowledge of investment banking.(Some terms which I had never heard of). But they also looked at my attitude by some soft skills questions like What would you do in such a situation, etc etc. The third round was with the president and it was more on personal and past employment. But overall a knowledge in investment banking + knowledge of your work area is a must.
