I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays (London, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
Started off with an online application, the next stage was a video interview with 12 compentency questions, very straightforward but there was only 2 minutes to answer each question. Final stage was the AC. This consisted of one interview (strength based), group task and case study. The first two were very straighforward, the case study however was something i have never experienced before. Maybe it was just me but the task was pretty clear but the lack of time makes the whole thing ten times more stressful LOL it was crazy. But as long as you stick to what they ask you, you will be fine. I dont think it is possible to "complete" the case study, they kind of assess the way you handle stressful situations and a lot of information. Stay calm, SKIM READ!!!!! And get your points down. Overall very fun experience, was made to feel comfortable and the senior members/VP's that interview you are very nice. I wasnt intimidated at all, which was nice.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Barclays (New York, NY) in Nov 2015
Interview
It was a quick phone interview. 15 minutes with basic questions about my school, major and interest. The interview was nice and friendly. However, she sounded really busy. It was a lot shorter than I expected. Also, she didn't ask much about the company. All the questions were very basic and typical interview questions.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Barclays (New York, NY)
Interview
Started with an on campus interview, followed by another phone interview and eventually a Superday in NYC. Superday was only one 30 minute interview, very behavioral with almost no technical questions. Everybody was very friendly and helpful.
