Barclays Summer Analyst interview questions

I applied online. Process took about 1-2 weeks. Got a first round video interview. Was not a very good experience. Felt that a regular phone interview would have been better. You get twelve questions and when one question is asked you then have 10 sec before you can answer. The answer must be between 30 sec and 2 minutes long. Got the rejection after a few days, but had the feeling that I would be rejected right after I did the interview as it was a very bad experience.

Applied online, video interview followed by 6 hour assessment centre comprising 3 interviews and a group exercise of 5 people per group assessing theoretical potential M&A proposals. The 3 interviews were fairly similar, simply varying slightly in questions and with different levels of seniority among the interviewers. It was a pleasant experience and there were around 30 people in the assessment centre day together.
