informal interview process I had 2 phone interviews and then they put an offer in front of me. The offer was firm and they left no room for negotiation. However, the offer was fair. The whole process took about 2 weeks but there was a glaring need to fill the position.

The interview process was casual to say the least. The hiring manager had a very specific candidate in mind for the role and I was referred by a few folks that knew I was a good match. There was one formal phone interview and a casual conversation with the employee that would be my counterpart and then a verbal commitment was made. I interviewed during the CEO transition, and that delayed the actual offer, but I can't fault them for that.
