I applied through their website for the position of tech support representative. I got a call and they scheduled an interview. Interview was a written test about 50 questions. The person who interviewed me was friendly and supportive. If we score more than 80%, we will have further discussions about the pay and their product line.

questions are related to routing protocols especially OSPF, port numbers, linux commands, dhcp, dns and few troubleshooting questions.

First 1 manager, then 2 techies about skills and ports, then another techie about more skills, then another manger just to talk about nothing, then a 5 page exam on my computer knowledge, includes ports, routing protocols, operating systems, commands and what not.

Long and grueling. Technicians came in one after the other asking questions that often overlapped. After the entire questionnaire process (Which took about 4 hours) there was a test to see what you knew.,
