The hiring process at BearingPoint takes an average of 14 days when considering 1 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Manager had the quickest hiring process (on average 14 days), whereas Manager roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 14 days).
Le processus a été fait en 3 entretiens: 1- Téléphonique RH + fit 2- Entretien avec un Manager Fit + une étude de cas simple (peu calculs) 3- Entretien avec le MD de équipe: principalement autour du CV et motivation
There were two case interviews with different business cases including calculations and one personal interview where the interviewer asked questions, each interview was about one hour long. Overall a good experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BearingPoint (Paris) in Sep 2023
Interview
It was a pretty bumpy experience in general mainly due to the complexity from HR team...
1. HR team not aware of the correlation between my dual application. I applied first through their career platform, got rejected. I reach out to school alumni right after, got interviewed instantly... but during the interview with the same HR that rejected me, obviously this HR is not at all aware of my dual application process and wasn't able to justify the different decision
2. HR team mistook the interview slot. HR team phoned me 30 mins before the scheduled time with no explanation or anticipation. And of course, this colleague is again not aware of this.
3. Quite belated feedback. According to HR during interview, this HR mentioned clearly that they will give a quick feedback to me as not being a native speaker is irritating (in this HR's own words:"gênant") (the language is also an issue...) that they will verify with their team asap. 10 days after the call, no feedback at all.
4. Insist on categorizing my international full-time job experience (over 1 year) as internship experience even after my justification. Quite speechless on this move, don't feel respected...
To conclude, interesting projects & very nice consultant team (being quite responsive to my "reach out"), but a huge space of improvement for HR team.
