What does Bechtle mean to you? (gotta say this was an odd question, they approached me to apply?) What can you offer Bechtle? What does team mean to you? Talk about your Professional history? A load of what would you do if? And the last question I felt was a bit cheeky was "What is the one thing that people dont know about you when they first meet you!?"
