Best Buy Advanced Repair Agent interview questions

Online application with a fairly lengthy questionnaire. 3 interviews. One initial screen over the phone, one with a department manager, lastly with the General Manager of the store. All of their questions are fairly general. Last two are in person.

I applied internally and was previously a consultation agent. Interview process was straight forward, was asked several customer service related questions and given different scenarios. I was given an offer right after I finished my interview.
