It was very basic, Tough if ur not use to interviews, I breezed through it, Mgr said I blew her away and I was the best interview so far, she set me up with the GM for tomm, I think everything will go smooth. Just do ur Homework , they r big on stealing, Rem be prepared to answer situational questions, They asked me like 7 and they want specific detailed answers and they write it all down in there notes.

Interview
I applied for a couple positions (cashier and sales associate) at two different BB locations that are pretty close to where I live. I never heard from one, and got a call a few days ago from the other. There was a pretty basic phone interview (why do you want to work here, availability) and the manager set up a one-on-one interview a couple days later. This interview consisted mainly of situational questions, like "Describe a time when this happened" Basically theyre trying to see how you will handle customers and your general demeanor while you work. The interview was pretty quick; it only took about 15 minutes. Afterwards, she set me up with another interview with the GM, which will be in a couple days. Im hoping this is a good sign.

Interview
I applied online. The personality test on the application is key... if you don't pass it it throws up a red flag and they will not call you for a interview. I was called just two days after putting in my application. I was interviewed very casually by the Operations Manager. She asked me very general questions about what I knew about the company, my past employers, and what I knew about electronics.
Alot of people say that they have multiple interviews, [and when I was laid off, re applied and was interviewed again the put me through two interviews, even though I knew the managers] but the first time I was hired. I just had one. The ops manager that interviewed me said that she thought I would be great for a position there, and she said she was going to discuss the GM. She right then walked into the office, told him about me, and offered me a job.
