Best Buy Customer Service Representative II interview questions

Hiring and interviewing process was fairly straight-forward. However, training took longer than expected. The people there ranged from being serious about their jobs to ignoring their responsibilities. I was there when customers blatantly stole items and nobody else noticed - therefore, nothing was done.

The hiring process was pretty simple. I applied online, received a call from the store a couple weeks later for my first interview. I met with 3 different managers, the last being the general manager. All interviews were standard and the managers were all really friendly and approachable.
