After an initial telephone interview, the screener scheduled an on-site interview with HR and Logistics at this warehouse location. We discussed my background, credentials, work with individuals that have learning disabilities, computer programs, etc. . She was sufficiently impressed to arrange an interview with with the Director. One weel later I met with this Director and Plant Manager for over an hour again reviewing my background and capabilities, supervisory experience, computer knowledge, ability to work in a non-climate coltrolled environment. I was told they would let me know next week. As you suspect, next week came and went. I followed up with telephone calls and e-mails to HR and the Director without reply. A major disappointment from this person's professional perspective.
