Interview
You first get a phone interview. This was easy for me, as they hardly interviewed me at all!
Second is an interview with the manager or supervisor in charge of the department you want to go in. They ask you integrity questions and ask about your past work experience. Pretty standard here.
Third in an interview with the Store Manager. This is almost a repeat of Interview 2, but this time you leave with a job or a rejection.

Interview was for Best Buy mobile SAS location. Received a phone interview asking questions about mobile phones and then asked to go in for a one-on-one. Interview was with manager and assistant manager. Manager asked questions off of a packet consisting of past employer experience, likes and dislikes, examples of extraordinary service, strengths/ weakness, all while writing down answers onto packet. Manager asked me to leave and called me back and offered job on the spot. next we negotiated pay. he offered $10 hr plus bonuses and I refused and asked if he can do better and we went back and forth and finally settled on 11.75 plus bonuses.

Interview
I received a call a few days after posting my application online and was asked to have a phone interview. The lady that called me asked me about my availability, whether I applied to any other stores, and so on. After it was done, I was scheduled for an interview that was held two days later. On the day of my one-on-one interview, I was greeted by a Geek Squad manager and was lead to the music room to begin my interview. He gave me paperwork with a list of agreements about the interview and the potential job I was applying for. After glancing through a couple of pages of my online application, he asked me a couple of basic questions. At the end, he described to me that the position I was applying for was full at the moment but the management is seeking potential workers to fill the spot when the current workers are promoted. He also noted that I will receive a call within 30 days if I was selected for the second interview. I was very nervous and tensed up as it was my first job interview but he tried to create a friendly and casual environment to ease me a bit.
