Best Buy interview questions

I first had a phone interview, then i was scheduled an official interview on august 3, 2012,(First i interviewed with the sales manager then with the general manager ; they are both really nice and informative) i went through the whole process (background check/Drug Test) and they still haven't called me to schedule an orientation. Ive been waiting for a month now.(My background check came back flawless when the copy was mailed to my home and i don't do any drugs so i know for sure i passed the drug test). Ive called about 2 times and at first the guy that answered said that the general manager is the one handling the orientation process and to leave my number and name and she'll call me back, i waited another week and the other guy told me that the human resources manager is handling the orientation process and that she'll call me back, no call back yet.
