Best Buy typically has a three step interview process. The first interview is online. When you submit your application you will have to take a personality test. If you fail the personality test, you will automatically not be accepted for another interview. The second interview is with a department manager. Or, if you are applying to a mobile SAS store this will be your final stop with the GM. They will ask you a bunch of questions on sales techniques and more about your personality. Interview three is only for Big Box stores. The third interview is with the GM. This will be the interview determining whether or not you will be hired. After you receive the OK from the GM, you will be submitted to a background check and a drug test. If you fail either one, you will not be hired. So stay clean, kids.
