I applied online, but did not hear back from them. So a few months later I applied again and then went into the store to make sure they received my application. Upon doing so I was offered an interview. The interview was all customer service related and did not cover much technological knowledge. Prepare for the typical "what would you do in this situation" questions that test your ethical decision making.

Interview
I had two interviews. Both of the people interviewing me were pleasant. I was asked to stay for the second interview. Most of the questions were generic, such as "Why do you want this?" and "What can you bring to the company?" I was also asked to give a sales pitch on the purse I had with me.
