Interview
Applied for the position through Best Buy's internal job opening site, and submitted my resume and application in person to the Operations Manager. The interview was short (about a half hour long) and consisted of standard HR questions only. The questions mainly focused on teamwork, conflict resolution, and various senarios. It followed a situation -> action -> result format and wasn't anything too complicated. If you come prepared having looked at some standard HR questions you should do fine. They may like to see that you understand or have an interest in the companies metrics and preformance measuring tools because that will end up being a large part of the job. Also, they want to know that you have what it takes to coach employees and provide constructive feedback.

2 interviews one with manager one with higher level manager. The first interview was asked about my background and some very basic situations. The next was asked some company situations and some testing to see if I would be trusted. After the second interview I was then offered a job.
