Interview
I was called a few days after I applied online. They called me into the store and I sat with a manager who asked me questions about my previous retail sales experience, my knowledge about electronics, experiences with customers, etc. He then told me they would call me back to set up an interview with the Store Manager. I was actually called about an hour later asking to come back in that very same day. The Store Manager asked me questions like "describe a time when you went above and beyond to help a customer," and he asked questions about what would I do if I ever caught an employ stealing something like a DVD player or as small as a candy bar.

Interview
First was a brief phone interviewon a tuesday, then the lady said to show up for an interview with one of the managers on thursday. That interview went rather well, quite easy no too stressful. All questions revolved around past customer experiences. Lasted about 10 mins. After the first interview was done he said to come back tomorrow for an interview with the GM (general Manager). So i went back on friday and that interview was rather quick, i would say it lasted anywhere between 5-8 mins, not sure if thats a good thing or a bad one. Anyways the GM just asked about past work experience and a couple of the same questions the manager asked me on the first interview.
