I was asked simple basic personality questions. The questions ranged from how would I handle this situations? How I dealt with a certain situation in the past. I was asked to sell the manager a pencil. They wanted to make sure that I knew how to find out about a persons lifestyle. If you mention the words trust and lifestyle during your interview you will get hired.
