Best Buy interview questions

Pretty simple, took the personality test online (they select on how you score so pick either strongly agree/disagree for every answer). Did a quick phone interview. Later was called in for a 1 on 1 interview with a manager. Later I was called in for a final interview with a general manager. After that I was extended an offer.

I walked in on an open interview day. I already applied on the Best Buy career website a couple weeks prior making the process a lot easier. If you did not already apply online, they would take you to a computer first before speaking to you. The first interview i had that day were pretty basic questions about school and the little work experience I had. I was then asked questions like, what was your best/worst shopping experience, and have you ever had to convince or change someones mind in a situation. He then scheduled me for a second interview. It was basically the same thing as the first one, but I got the offer. Then I took a drug test, and got called in for training.
