I applied online. I interviewed at Best Buy (Wheeling, IL) in Sep 2025
Interview
It was simple and straightforward. I did not have a tough time with the interview as it was focused on customer care and some basic knowledge on technology. So as long as you had some background and decent conversational skills, it was fairly simple.
Very simple, met with the manager and had a 20 minute conversation about customer service and staying up to date with technology. One example of a question asked was: "How would you approach a customer who is unfamiliar with the technology they are looking at?"
