Interview process is fully online and conducted through video interviews. It's a little dehumanizing, not in a bad sense, but I believe using video for interviews makes it difficult to gauge what the job is going to be like.

If you apply during Black Friday time you got a good shot at getting a first job. Meet with manager/gm in the back room and talk about any prior work experience, mostly behavioral, be alive and talkative, understand this is sales and they want you to attach cards and paid memberships.
