I was interviewed for the wrong position and tested only on my sales skills. It seems like the role is actually about upselling customers, not being able to provide them with technical support
The In person interview was with supervisors and managers present. The interview was a Short process, and I found out result of the interview on site on that same day.

I only did the video and 1 in person interview. In both interviews the questions were pretty straight forward and your typical customer service questions that you can find using a google search.
