I applied online and got a call within a week for an interview in-store. It was a positive experience and pretty easy-going. I got a couple of situational, customer service, and inventory questions.

You apply online then you do a video interview by responding to prompts which are recorded and sent to the store you are applying to, then you do an in-person interview where they ask you typical customer service questions.
