The interview process was very smooth. First I met with the direct manager and supervisor of my potential department. After that, there was a follow up scheduled with the general manager of the store. Both interviews had the typical set of interview questions. They were timely with communication, no long waits in between contact.

They ask about certain behavioral questions and work ethic questions to see if you would be a good fit in the warehouse and the team. Important to know what kind of worker you are before going in. They will also ask you what you think about stealing. They only wrong answer is yes.
