Interview
Two step interview process for initial hire. My first interview was with the assistant manager of the store. General questions about previous work experience and personality were asked. The interview itself lasted ten minutes at the most. My answers were very simple and easy to piece together. At the end of the interview, he informed me that he would be setting up an interview with the store's general manager. I was informed I would be getting a call to set up a date for the second interview. The second interview was pretty much the same as the first. After a few of the same questions, the general manager gave me information regarding my starting pay and where I needed to go for my drug test.

Both the assistant and general managers handed me inanimate stationary (a pen and a stapler) and asked me to sell that particular object.

1. Came in 5 minutes before.
2. Was seated to the back.
3. Had a few questions asked.
4. After five questions, the interview was over.
5. Left feeling unsatisfied.
6. Followed up a week later, was told that the position has been filled.
