Interview
I applied online, got a phone call for a phone interview. Questions were not hard at all, I got an interview booked for the next day at 3:30 pm. I came in, everyone was really friendly. Filled out an employment application and I got interviewed by a supervisor. She was really nice, made the interview feel relaxed. Questions were not difficult, it was typical situational questions. She was really impressed with me and got me an on the spot interview with the sales manager. He was very relaxed, and was impressed as well. He offered me a job on the spot. Overall it went great!

Interview
When you first arrive, plan to be seen 20 minutes later than when you scheduled your interview. While I am not certain if this is a company wide method of weeding people out or if it was only the locations I was interviewed at, but it was fairly consistent for my 15+ interviews while working within the brand across multiple states and with various leadership. After your initial interview which will consist of 5 in depth questions you will be invited back to interview with the General Manager. They will typically go over the role a little more in depth, ask nonscripted questions about your job history and then offer you a position if they wish to move forward.

Question 1
Describe a time in which you had to work within a team yet didn't neccesarily get along with some of your team mates. What did you do to overcome the problem?

Interview
You apply online and then you wait forever for HR to contact you. For me it was about 2 months. Then you have an interview with 3 people from your potential department. After that you have an interview with one of the higher up store managers. It is honestly a bit ridiculous for a minimum wage job.
