Interview
General interview questions, they just want to get a general idea of who you are and if you're a good fit. You may apply for one position, but following the interview, they will put you in the department in which they believe you are best suited OR with the department manager they believe you will work best with.

What's your favorite color? (Yeah, I found out later he just wanted to make sure he wasn't hiring a "girly-girl")

Interview
3 Steps to the interview process:
1. normal introductory interview - for basic info and why you applied
2. supervisor or manager interview - if they liked you before, you just have to prove yourself here
3. General Manager Interview - to check and balance
There's basic itinerary stuff and a drug test and all that to get through with it. Very strict process for how low-level the job was.

Interview
Had to wait near the geek squad counter for over three hours before a manager invited me in the office for the interview. I could tell it was a rough day for everyone because people were rushing around and the whole store just felt hectic. I hate interviews so that added stress was not helpful. I was given basic interview questions read from a typical form by a stressed and tired manager. I was mostly frustrated beyond the desire for employment. This was the very first time I wasn't looking forward to a call back and because of the chaos I just felt bad for the employees and wanted out of there. I had to laugh at the situation once in the car, wondering how desperate I really was for employment.
