Asked a lot of questions and gave lots of feedback. Very informative and hands on. Sales experience is not necessary and they will train you for it. Overall not too bad of an interview.

Two interview process, first is with the assistant manager and the second one is the general manager. If you don't count the phone interview. Once you make a good impression they would schedule the second interview right away.
