There was a very long waiting process with multiple sessions of interviews. There were multiple sessions held within one meeting time frame as well as multiple sessions during separate meeting times. First were preliminary questions, such as your background, strengths, weaknesses, etc. and then you were asked scenario questions.

The interview process was actually very calm and relaxing. The general manager created a nice comfortable environment with very little stress. You’re not pressed with a whole bunch of questions. either. Most of them are easy, and straight to the point.

There’s a scenario where you’re coming towards the end of your shift, but you forgot to do a few of your tasks. You know you won’t be able to get to them in time, so what do you do?
Meeting with a leader who asked various questions about background and customer service. Person was friendly but felt rushed. Overall it was a straightforward interview. Only one interview in total.
