Very relaxed. It was essentially asking how you would deal with customer issues. If you would fix the problem yourself or call for help right away. The hiring manager made the interview really enjoyable.
I was called to schedule an in-person interview at the store. Two interviews took place. One with the assistant manager, final interview with the store manager. They were a few days a part.

After applying online, I got a reply hours later to do a follow up with a video interview. After which was a phone call. And then in person. It was a seasonal role, so that's for context for the pace.
