The process was quick and painless. Their goal is to weed out individuals who aren’t the most competent in making good decision and some who lack common sense. For example: What to do if you see anyone stealing? The course of the interview is usually based around getting to know you, but understand your general thought process and compare it to what you’d do in a real situation. Currently the paradigm is focused on customer obsession and membership skills ( Credit cards and Total Tech subscriptions) So they are looking for individuals with great people skills.

The interview process was quick and easy. I first got a normal, average phone screen to make sure I'm not a maniac. I then was invited to do an in person interview with my current supervisor. At last, I was offered a final round interview with the store manager. Everything happened within 2 weeks
