Went through about 5 different interviews within a couple hours

I applied for a seasonal position online and I got called for an interview the same week. The hiring manager did a meet-and-greet tour with me and just went over my work experience. After that, a few days later I got called in for a second interview with a manager. The guy asked various questions and then asked me to sell him his cell phone. The trick is to pick 2 awesome features to talk about and, this is important, offer other products to compliment his phone especially black tie protection. After you're done with the second interview, they call you a couple of days in for training after you pass your drug test. You watch some cliche work videos for the first day and the next few days is just computer tests about the products they offer. The tests vary in departments and can be done in 2-4 days depending on you. Depending on how fast you work and if you pass the computer tests, you get to shadow an employee on the floor. They pair you up for a couple of days and then you are free to work on the floor solo.
