Interview
10/23/2012 I applied for Best Buy as a Sales associate.
Saturday 10/25/2012 I received a phone call and had a brief phone interview.
Monday 10/29/2012 I had a interview in person with a supervisor. Everything went very well, I answered the questions just fine. The questions were simple, like When was a time you went out of your way to help someone? What is your duties at your current job? What would happen if you worked with someone you did not like and would it affect your work?
And at the end of the interview, she said that I should get a call in about a week(but probably sooner) about setting up a interview with the general manager. She shook my hand once again and said that she was looking forward to the opportunity of seeing me there again.
What does this mean? Does this mean I passed the second interview or do they say that to everyone? I have looked online and most the people that did not get past the second interview said that they were told the person would have to talk with the hiring manager. he did not say that at the end of my interview. So does this mean that I will probably get a call back?

Interview
I applied online in 2006, the application was timed and can be kind of tricky - they're looking for specific answers (i.e. "strongly agree" or "strongly disagree" aren't necessarily the best answers for some questions. I got called to do an interview. I was asked typical interview questions, "why do you want to work here", etc. I was also asked to sell the interviewer a pen, to test selling abilities. I then met a manager and was offered a job on the spot.
