Interview
I applied online and was called for an interview three days later. When I got there I waited for about 30 minutes with about 5 more candidates. I was the first one to interview and it was with one of the assistant managers. He asked why I wanted to work there, may experience, where I'm going to school, mainly the basic stuff. When it was over he said that he wanted me to interview with another manager so I waited another 10 minutes and had the second interview. The manager was super nice and it was actually her first day there and didn't know she'd be doing interviews. She asked about the same questions and explained the job position (cashier). She told me that someone would let me know the outcome within 24 hours and as I was getting ready to leave the parking lot I got a call to come back at 4:30pm for the third interview with the general manager! I went in and waited about 30 minutes. He seemed a little flustered but very nice. He asked the same questions, more about my availability and explained the difference between a sales person and a clerk. He told me that he could see me as a sales person rather than a cashier and hired me on the spot! $9.00/hr and only seasonal unless told other wise at the end of the season. I took my drug test the next day and came back two days later for an orientation!
