i Applied online, they called me for a 1:1 interview with a manager, she asked some questions about my previous job and personal questions then she invited me to pass to the store manager's room, she was waiting for me with the contract in the table.

Hiring was very quick and to the point. First, you are interviewed by a manager, then a supervisor then the general manager. They ask the same questions just a different way.
