Best Buy Sales Associate interview questions

I got a phone call after leaving a resume wit a manager. The interview was fairly quick and general - got a tour and sat down for about 5 minutes. Question included, what is an example of adversity you've encountered at your job and how did you overcome it?

Interview went well. The interviewer and I talked about random things at first. He seemed pretty cool, down to earth. He asked a bunch of questions from an interview packet. Some questions included "describe a time when you went above and beyond", "describe a time when you dealt with a difficult customer and what was the outcome", "describe a time when you gained a customer's trust" "describe a time when you worked on a team and showed leadership". Then he went on and told you about the company, the position, and they told me the GM will review my information and I would be called for a second interview. I was called a few days later for a second interview. My advice, be prepared and ask questions! Good luck!
