Best Buy Sales Associate interview questions

Process was pretty simple but it took a while and I almost did not get the job. I filed a application at the store , took a long psychology test and then I was scheduled for an interview. The interviewer or the manager was making the process pretty awkaward and was staring at me the whole time. After the interview I was told that I will get a call and never did. I decided to take the matter into my own hands and went back to the store to ask If I got the job or not. Another manager who was really nice took me into his office and we had another interview. I was told to take a drug test and start as soon as possible. The amount of work for the pay is not worth and it is just a job and not a career. The only plus is experience in retail.

Started with a group interview and broke down to one on ones. If you were good enough to get past the first two than you were called in for a third interview with a gm/manager/supervisor. If you got past the last interview than you went and took a drug test within 72 hours and if that came back clean you were hired.
