Interview
I put in an online applications about 1 to 2 months before I was contacted. On the day of the interview I came in about 15 to 30 minutes early because I had to ride the local transit to get there. I had to wait for about 15 to 30 minutes after the scheduled time of the interview for the interviewer to get to me. I don't know why, though. I only got one interview and they told me if the needed me they would call me in for another interview. It's been about a month now and I still have not been contacted. I called a bout 2 times for about 4 weeks and was unable to talk to someone who could tell me anything. My overall opinion on that experience is that it was horrible and a complete waste of time. The people were nice enough but I just couldn't seem to make any progress with them.

Interview
I applied to an opening store in my hometown and it took 10 days for them to call me back. I then had a phone interview, which i was not prepared for and two more interviews which i prepared myself for. The questions were quite typical. They asked me to describe myself and what i could offer to the store.

Interview
I took the interview online and less than a week later I got a call for a phone interview. I was asked why do I want to work at BB and what work experience I’ve had (I have none but I said I did volunteer work and was a research assistant and the interviewer asked for details). I was also asked for my availability then asked if I didn’t mind interviewing for the computers dept. since I seemed eager to learn. So my 1:1 interview went fairly well. Asked some questions and since I also had an internship I was able to answer in that context without having any previous job experience.
