I've really enjoyed the entire process at Bitpanda. The selection process is highly professional and well-structured, which I truly appreciate. It’s clear that they are very selective, as shown by the variety of assessments throughout the different stages. The process includes five interviews: one with Talent Acquisition, two focused on theoretical crypto knowledge, one involving a practical case study, and a final interview with the COO. I found it particularly interesting how they combine theory with hands-on exercises to see how candidates navigate real-world situations.
