Web test (consists of logic-related questions, pattern recognition, no time limit) Interviews (HR phone interview, employee 30min interview, manager round 1 hour) The employee round were basic questions such as reason for applying, etc. Manager round seemed to test more think-on-you-feet type of questions and sales aptitude questions. Applied on mycareersfuture and asked to complete Pymetrics and record a timed video interview. a bit like HireVue. Given bout a minute to prepare before the video automatically starts recording. Asked both general and situational questions.
