It was an interview scheduled to hold online via zoom meeting. the interviewers were friendly and they gave honest reviews after the whole session. it was a great learning curve for me and took the feedbacks seriously.

Interview
It was a walk-in process at Tokyo convention center. Everybody dressed in black or dark blue suits for their interview. Traditional in terms of Japanese job-hunting as a fresh grad. The interviewer will know if you speak Japanese fluently or "business" Japanese whatever that means.

They will ask you about your resume and what you did during your college years and the positions about them.
Multiple stage interview process. Initial interview is virtual. General questions about the company and your motivations. Interview at later stages focus on sales skills and past achievements. No real financial knowledge needed
