Bloomberg Global Customer Support Representative interview questions

started out in another department and after a long process, was switched into this one. The whol process took 2 months, and it was very difficult to get any feedback on my interviews, or any confirmation anyone had received my follow up notes

One week after applying on the website for the position, l received an email from HR lady asking me to schedule a phone interview which was set for one week later. On the phone interview, at first l was nervous and thought l was done but then l got the conversation kept going. the questions were as expected, Why Bloomberg? What attracted you to this position? Bloomberg products and competitiors.
